North West Gas Certificates Ltd are specialist providers of Landlord Gas Safety Certificates and boiler servicing. Our aim is to provide landlords and homeowners with an efficient, reliable and professional service.
Landlord Gas Safety certificates (CP12) are a legal requirement for any property that has been let out and has a mains gas connection, supplying gas to a boiler or any other appliances e.g. a gas hob, cooker or fire.
It is an offence to let out a property that does not have a current landlord certificate in place. Landlord Gas Safety Certificates are valid for 12 months.

- As soon as we receive your call, we will offer you a guaranteed time slot to carry out our professional gas safety inspection. Alternatively, we are happy to liaise with tenants directly, keeping you fully informed via email or text.
- Following the inspection, you will receive your copy of the Gas Safety Certificate, and an invoice for your records.
- Once the certificate is complete, your property details will be added to our database. Approximately six weeks before the next landlord safety inspection is due, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the next appointment for you, meaning that safety certificates for your properties need never be out of date. Since 6th April 2018 landlord checks can be carried out up to 2 months before they are due without losing any time on the current certificate.
